LyOS collects the following data when you use the app:

• · Telegram user ID, username, and display name (when signing in via Telegram)
• · Google account name and email address (when signing in via Google)
• · IP address and user agent (for security and abuse prevention)
• · In-game progress, stats, and activity (money, reputation, processes, achievements)

2. How We Use It

• · To create and maintain your game account
• · To run game mechanics (attacks, upgrades, leaderboards)
• · To detect and prevent cheating and abuse
• · We do not sell your data to third parties

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on servers in the EU. We use MongoDB for game data storage. Authentication is handled via NextAuth.js with JWT tokens.

4. Third-Party Services

• · Telegram (authentication and bot interaction)
• · Google (OAuth sign-in)
• · Sentry (error monitoring)

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us via Telegram: @LyOSBot

6. Children

LyOS is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
